UX/UI designer in CRM Genesis

We are a product IT company that implements CRM solutions for Ukrainian business. We are currently looking for a Middle UX/UI designer who will help us make complex systems simple and understandable for users.

This is the first role of a designer in the company, so you will have room for influence, the opportunity to build processes and shape the design approach together with team.

What you will do:

• Design interfaces for CRM or ERP.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Work with User Stories and business requirements.
• Think of the logic of forms, tables, filters, statuses, user work scenarios.
• Maintain a uniform interface style and gradually develop the design system.
• Closely cooperate with analysts, PMs and developers.
• Transfer mockups to development and accompany their implementation.

What is important for us:

• Experience as a UX/UI designer from 2 years.
• Experience in working with web interfaces (preferably - complex systems or CRM).
• Proficiency in Figma (or analogues)
• Understanding UX logic, user scenarios and usability principles.
• Ability to work with requirements and ask clarifying questions.
• Independence and responsibility for the result.

• Experience in working with B2B products.
• Experience in creating or supporting design systems.
• Understanding business processes of companies (sales, service, support). per week.
