Data Analyst (SQL & BI) in Sense Bank

??We are looking for an Analyst to join the Digital Channel Management team, who is responsible for how customers communicate with the bank digitally: through Support Chat, Video Service and Video Onboarding.

We are looking for a person who will participate in the following processes:

• Reporting support and development: updating and creating new dashboards in Metabase and PowerBI. Your reports will be used by managers and supervisors to assess the situation on the lines. 
• Deep optimization(Performance Tuning): analysis and refactoring of SQL queries. It is important for us that reports not only work, but load as quickly as possible.
• Interaction with business: gathering requirements from internal customers (heads of Chat and Video areas), consulting on metrics and turning business needs into technical solutions.

You you are suitable if you have:

• SQL at an advanced level (Advanced): you know how to write complex queries, work with window functions and understand how to optimize the execution plan.
• Experience with visualization tools (Metabase, PowerBI)
• Proactivity: you yourself come up with ideas on how to make queries easier, and reports more understandable. 
• Personal qualities: you are a collected, systematic and tactful person, able to build a constructive dialogue with customers.
