We invite a colleague to the Department of Retail Products and Services Development. Experience in technical support is preferred. Ready to teach

The main functionality of the position:

• processing and support of user requests (company employees, partners)
• formation and description of requirements/tasks for making changes to insurance products in the company's systems
• interacting with internal teams (methodologists, developers, testers) to resolve requests
• informing users about request statuses, execution results, and planned change implementation dates

We are waiting for you:

• work experience in the field of technical support from 1 year
• experience with AIS (1C) or similar information systems is desirable
• ability to work according to the Kanban methodology
• confident command of Excel
• basic skills of formalizing requirements and describing tasks
