Specialist in coordination work (support manager) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

Congratulations, we are starting a search for a Specialist in coordination work (support manager) for a team that is a starting point for development in the IT direction of the company.

You have :

• experience as a support worker, system administrator (preferred);
• experience working with remote support programs,
• you are a confident user of the MS Office suite,
• have basic knowledge of MSSQL,
• education related to IT?

Processing applications in the Service Desk: classification, processing, diagnosis, resolution or transfer of user requests on all issues of the organization; Supporting the functioning of system and special software; Remote user support, troubleshooting?

IMPORTANT - are you ready to work on a schedule from 12:00 to 21:00, Monday - Friday? - then please send your resume!!!
