Our company "Astarta-Kyiv" invites you to join the "User technical support specialist" team
Your key tasks in the position:
primary processing of user requests (telephone, e-mail, service desk system);
consultation of users on issues of working with corporate software, office equipment and IT services;
diagnosis and resolution of typical incidents (software, operating systems, peripheral devices, accounts, various accesses);
providing assistance with setting up user workstations (PC, laptops, bfp);
creating and disabling accounts, resetting user passwords in accordance with security policies;
escalating requests to the second and third line of support with a correct description of the problem and collected diagnostic information;
compliance with established sla and internal regulations for handling requests;
maintenance and updating of the knowledge base, instructions and typical solutions;
providing a high level of service and customer-oriented communication with users.
To be successful in the position, you will need:
basic knowledge of the operating principles of Windows operating systems;
understanding of computer equipment, peripheral devices and office equipment;
experience working with service desk systems or readiness to quickly master them;
skills in diagnosing and eliminating typical IT incidents;
basic knowledge of network technologies (tcp/ip, lan, vpn — will be an advantage);
responsibility, attentiveness and focus on quality service
