About the team: employees are different teams that are responsible for a specific direction. We are currently forming a new team, which already has a team leader, to work on the area - "Accounts and Credits". To implement all tasks and provide quality service, we are looking for specialists who will become part of the new team. This is a great opportunity to participate in the creation of a new product from scratch, influencing its development and improvement.?
For this role it is important to:
- experience in customer support
- competent Ukrainian language
- ability to work with a large number information from various sources, capacity quickly perceive new information and use it at work
- ability to convey information correctly, convincingly and in an accessible form, clearly answer questions
- attention to details, responsibility and resistance to stress
- ability to resolve controversial/conflict situations
- willingness and ability to work in a team - mutual assistance, interchangeability, exchange of experience
- willingness to work according to the schedule - for the adaptation period from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, after the adaptation period the shift schedule 2/2 (08:00-20:00)
Would be an advantage:
- experience working in banks or fintech companies
- experience consulting on client accounts
- experience working with tools:
1) system ticket ( Zendesk, omnidesk, kayako or similar)
2) systems for creating/managing tasks (Jira or similar)
3) admin panel/CRM system (search for information by various criteria)
Tasks:
- assisting customers with billing, credit/installment and financial transactions
- advising users on new products and services
- communication via mail, chats (these are priority channels) and inbound/outbound calls
- gathering and communicating customer feedback to development teams for improvement product
- interact with other teams in the company for a fast vortexsolving customer issues and improving processes
