understanding of the principles of processing requests in the "Service Desk" system;
understanding of the principles of interaction of information systems;
general understanding of client-server architecture.
Main tasks:
reception and processing of requests through the Service Desk system (1st line of support for PNFP and Company employees);
analysis of the causes and resolution of incidents in the work of software (within the competence of the Department);
coordination of works provided by contractors and partners to support the Company's IT services;
participation in the Department's work improvement projects.
