We are a public organization "Ukrainian Agency for Copyright and Related Rights" (UAASP NGO), which takes care of the property rights of authors around the world and implements a culture of music use by business entities in public places.

What is it?

Culture of music use in public places places - understanding and perception by society, primarily by business entities, of the necessity and importance of paying monetary remuneration for the use of products of intellectual labor.

UAASP NGO is the first and only organization of collective management of musical copyrights in Ukraine and dramatic works, recognized by the world society of authors CISAC and is a full member of the world confederation. The tasks of the agency are: collection, distribution and payment of royalties for artists of Ukraine and the world, as well as legal protection of the interests of authors. Today, the catalog of the organization includes more than 4,000 Ukrainian authors and tens of thousands of their works, as well as almost the entire world repertoire, which includes more than 100 million works.
