We also plan to develop an ecosystem that will facilitate quality study of materials from books, video materials and solving mathematical problems, etc. Who we need: Hard Skills: 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager in performance marketing or a similar role with a focus on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. At least 1 year of hands-on experience engaging users through Facebook. At least 2 years in performance marketing, with with an emphasis on Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, Australia, UK). Proven experience in managing budgets in Facebook Ads over $10,000/month. English at B2 level and above. Strong analytical skills: ability to process large amounts of data and make findings.Knowledge and experience with CPA, LTV, ROI and building skills cross-functional processes, optimize them and measure effectiveness. Systematic and structured in the approach to work. Creativity and the ability to generate ideas and hypotheses. It will be a plus: Long-term experience with Google Ads. Developed actual practice of testing new approaches, implementing and scaling communications. What Must do: Develop and implement user acquisition strategies on Meta (including Facebook Ads) with further expansion on TikTok to achieve key KPIs. Create, run, evaluate and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to identify the most effective setting for our product and business model. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CR, CPA, and ROI and adjust strategies to based on comprehensive data analysis. Manage the advertising budget, plan and optimize to achieve key performance indicators and financial goals of the product. Collaborate with by the creative team: participate in brainstorming, evaluate the results of designers and provide feedback on promotional materials. Work with the product and technical team to create effective conversion funnels, research and improve user flow.
