User Acquisition Manager (Facebook) in Everad

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager who can build processes from scratch, test hypotheses and take advertising campaigns to a new level with more than 50% profitability.

Required professional experience and skills:

• Experience with Facebook (from 2-3 years, relevant).
• Experience with Canva or Photoshop.
• Experience in Pperformance Ads (direct purchase, payback through sales).
• Working with international projects, budgets from $100,000/month.
• Experience with physical products (content creation and sales).
• Main markets: Tier-1 (Europe, USA, Canada).
• Experience in developing traffic purchase strategy (month/quarter/year).

Your tasks:

• Building and systematization of traffic purchase processes, creating a strategy for a month, quarter, year.
• Planning and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve a turnover of $50,000/month with an ROI of at least 50% .
• Hypothesis testing to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Managing the process of creating promos, reporting and testing creatives.
• Implementation of a transparent reporting system.
• Creating a traffic purchasing department from scratch, team training.
