Brand manager in ARDIS, TOV

Ardis Group —an importer and producer of dairy products, which creates additional services and values for the client, our mission is to bring the world culture of cheese consumption to Ukrainians and get to know Ukraine through cheese.

We are looking for a brand manager who (a) loves cheese and ready to (a) develop the Lel` trademark brand and convey the value of this product to consumers.

Skills and experience to be exactly on the same wavelength:< /p>

• Competence in marketing for at least 3 years
• Experience in bringing a new product to the market
• Experience in brand management
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication
• Experience in 1C programs, Photoshop, Illustrator (understanding of work principles and an average level of proficiency)
• English language level - above average

What will you work with:

• Market analysis and drawing conclusions
• Launch of new products in the TM Lel portfolio with own production and outsourced manufacturers in Europe and Ukraine
• Development and implementation of brand strategy
• Conducting research (initiation and support from the marketing side)
• Communication ecosystem development
• Working with external contractors
• Understanding approaches and practical knowledge in launching effective advertising companies
• Working with pricing and profitability
