Our partner is looking for a User Acquisition Manager. The key advantage of the position is the opportunity to move to the position of leader and lead your own team in the future!
Main responsibilities:
- Development, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) , TikTok, Pinterest, and others platforms.
- Testing and scaling of marketing campaigns to achieve target performance indicators.
- Optimization of campaigns according to key metrics: ROAS, LTV, CAC.
- Conducting competitive analysis, hypothesis generation and A/B testing.
- Analyze results through analytics platforms (e.g. Appsflyer) and implement changes based on data.
- Work closely with development team creatives and new user engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and optimizing user engagement campaigns through digital channels.
- Skills in working with analytical platforms to evaluate performance.
- Successful experience work in the marketing of mobile applications.
- English language at a level not lower than average (oral and written).
Desired skills:
- Experience of launching into Tier 2 markets (developing countries).
- Understanding the specifics of working on the Turkish market.
- Experience of cooperation with international teams.
