Job Overview

We’re looking for a UI / Web Designer to help us redesign our marketing website and improve its overall look, structure, and consistency.

You will be responsible for two key areas:

• Our marketing website - a customer-facing site focused on clarity, credibility, and lead generation.
• Our enterprise web application - a workflow-driven platform used by both clients and internal teams

We want both of them to look modern, clean, and professional, with a strong and consistent visual style. 

This is a long-term, part-time, remote role.

Responsibilities

• Help redesign our marketing website.
• Improve layout, typography, colors, and overall visual style.
• Create a clear and consistent design system (colors, fonts, components).
• Design new pages and improve existing ones.
• Work closely with marketing and developers to refine designs.
• Occasionally support UI design for our web application.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI design and graphic / visual design.
• Ability to create original graphics for a website (icons, illustrations, visual elements, banners, sections, backgrounds).
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating and maintaining a design system (colors, fonts, components, reusable styles).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, grids, and web-first design principles.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
• A modern, clean, and elegant design aesthetic.
