Recruitment Specialist(IT, RnD, Production, Office Jobs)

• Full time. Work experience from 2 years. Higher education.
• English - above average due to our active expansion, we are looking for an energetic recruitment specialist who will help us attract the best talents on the Ukrainian market.

  What you will do:

  • The full cycle of recruitment for various positions (IT, office and specialized roles) - from the placement of a vacancy to the entry of a new colleague into the team.
  • Active search candidates in professional networks, resume databases, social networks and other channels.
  • Conducting telephone screenings and video/offline interviews.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and project managers.
  • Supporting the candidate at all stages of recruiting and forming a positive experience of interaction with the company.
  • Reporting on vacancies and candidates.
  • Proposing and implementing ideas to improve recruiting processes.

  What we expect from you:

  • Experience as a recruiter from 1-2 years (preferably in recruiting or internal HR departments).
  • Understanding of basic recruitment methods and modern candidate search channels.
  • Skills in conducting various interview formats and competency assessments.
  • Confident user of MS Office, online resources and HR systems.
  • Attention to details and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
  • A confident level of communication. in Ukrainian and knowledge of English to interact with company owners.
  • High responsibility and organization
  • Orientation on results.
