Acting as a UI/UX Desk, you'll collaborate closely with multiple development teams to address both broad and specific design challenges, ensuring that our products meet high standards for usability and user-friendliness. Key Responsibilities:•      Design clean, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications;•      Collaborate with various development teams to ensure design consistency across projects;•      Analyze user needs and provide creative solutions to enhance product usability;•      Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine interfaces;•      Ensure that UI/UX best practices are implemented across all projects;•      Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. What We're Looking For:·      3+ years of experience in UI/ UX design, ideally in a multi-project setting; Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working closely with development teams;·      Strong background in designing web and mobile interfaces with a focus on user-centered design;·      Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices;·      Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to team needs ;·      Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset;·      Experience in e-commerce or content management systems is a plus;·      Fluent in Business English. What We Offer: A challenging role in a dynamic, international organization.
