What you will need to do: Work on projects together with the development team and the designer: present the project to the internal customer, prioritize tasks and coordinate their implementation. Approve decisions on the details of the implementation of features on the site and be responsible for them responsibility. Be responsible for the implementation deadlines and project quality, check completed tasks for compliance with requirements and test them. Prepare documentation, conduct retrospectives, write posts about releases in the internal blog. Understand the consequences of the launched initiative through quantitative or qualitative data and, based on it, formulate hypotheses for improvement. Help a team of other PMs to organize and launch their projects. You have experience in IT - 1-3 years in the role of product owner, product manager, product analyst or project manager. You know how to lead a team, prioritize tasks, set project deadlines and adhere to them .You know how the results of your work and finished projects affect you on the company's business indicators.
