🔹 Important for us:
- 2+ years of commercial experience
- Experience working in a design team
- Proficiency in Figma and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
—Understanding modern UX design principles and methodologies
—Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
—Desire for continuous learning and professional development
—A2+ English

🔸Will be a cool plus:
— Experience creating animation
— Experience working with illustrations

🔹What to do?
—Analyzing business requirements for design
—Conducting the discovery phase (analyzing competitors, personalities, etc.)
—Creating and maintaining design systems and working with components to find innovative and creative solutions to problems
— Collaboration with cross-functional teams (UX Writers, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, etc.) to provide high-quality UX
— Improvement of existing designs based on customer feedback and UX tests
