We are looking for a proactive and autonomous QA Engineer b> , who will strengthen the technical team of the FORMA business.

FORMA is a Universe Group business that creates SaaS for working with documents. Our flagship product is PDFGuru . The team has already managed to achieve cool results, namely:

• More than 4.1 million users use our products every month.
• Products have more than 50 tools for efficient work with documents.
• Users from more than 30 countries around the world choose our tools for their needs.
• In 3 months, we found and confirmed the positive Unit economics of the business and started scaling.

By joining the FORMA team, you will be part of the technical team, which currently employs 8 people, namely Tech Lead, 3 Frontend developers, Full Stack developer, Backend developer, 2 QA Engineers. In addition, you will work closely with designers, the product team and participate in product improvement.

You will have the following tasks:

• Test new and existing web product functionality.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Test the backend part (REST API).
• Analyze business requirements.
• Actively support releases.
• Participate in product planning and development processes.
• Communicate with developers, designers, product team and participate in product improvement discussions.

We expect you to have:

• From 1 year of experience testing web products.
• Knowledge, mastery and use of various types of testing and test design techniques.
• Backend testing experience (REST API).
• Knowledge and proficiency with testing tools: Chrome/Safari/Edge DevTools, Postman.
• Understanding the basics of web products.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of browsers.
• Experience with analytics services.
• Knowledge and understanding of client-server architecture and REST API construction.
• Understanding how the protocol works.
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC.
• Experience with bug tracking systems, project management systems and documentation - Jira, Confluence.
• Skills of creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists / test cases, bug reports).

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in automating the testing process.
• Performance testing experience.
• Basic knowledge/experiencebots from git.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD systems.
• Experience with mobile products.
