UGC Marketing Manager (UGC & Influencer Marketing Manager)

Our ideal candidate has: < /p>

• Higher education: bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related disciplines;
• Work experience: 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in the field of UGC and Influencer Marketing;
• Confident knowledge and experience of working with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their algorithms;
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting products through video content and UGC;
• Understanding the specifics of target markets such as the USA, Canada, Europe;
• Upper-Intermediate English.

What will need to be done:

• Development and implementation of UGC (User Generated Content) and Influencer Marketing strategies to promote products in B2B and B2C segments;
• Creation and management of content for social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including interaction with influencers;
• Analysis of the target audience and the market for the formation of effective marketing strategies for the product;
• Development and implementation of product promotion plans, including collaborations with influencers and work with video content;
• Monitoring of market trends, adaptation of strategies and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns based on data analysis and feedback from users;
• Management of partner programs and cooperation with key opinion leaders (KOL);
• Participate in MVP creation and testing, ensuring product alignment with marketing goals.
