General QA Engineer (Java, All Inn/Social)

We develop solutions in the fields of Big Data, Data Science and CryptoExchange. We combine our expertise in iGaming software development with advanced technologies to develop original software such as sports statistics, risk analysis, security. In most cases, we deal with atypical projects for the market, try to find and generate new technology-based solutions in our field.

About project and team:
Team of 20+ people.
Front End Team (React) + Backend Team (Erlang+Go) + QA Team.
We are working on a basic product (box) for the gambling and betting industry.
The next stage will be the development of social functions (chat, streaming, communication in groups, etc.).

Competencies / Technical Stack: Manual and automation testing (Java).

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of working experience in testing web or mobile applications ;
• 1+ years of experience in  Java Automation;
• Experience with Selenide, RestAssured, any client for Websocket;
• Experience with WebSocket, Rest API;
• Experience with Git;
• Experience with Web debugging tools like Postman, Swagger and Google Chrome DevTools;
• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems and test management tools (Jira);
• Experience with test tools and analyzing test data;
• Intermediate level of both spoken and written English;
• Fast learner, result-oriented, with analytical thinking and good communication skills.

As our company is international — English language is used for the business communication (with partners, among offices, all documentation & presentations).

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with UX/UI design;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies;
• Successful experience with Gambling projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of business and technical requirements;
• Participation in planning sessions;
• Work with QA documentation and bug tracking systems;
• Manual testing of web and mobile applications;
• Deep involvement in all stages of release processes;
• Perform different types of testing using appropriate test design techniques;
• Create and support testing documentation;
• Support business and development to identify gaps and possible best solutions.
