Training Specialist/Digital Trainer in Vyriy

We, the Vyriy company, work in the field of MilitaryTech and specialize in the development and production of advanced military equipment. In our activities, we emphasize the high quality and reliability of our products.

We are actively developing, so we are looking for a person who will become a "bridge" between new technologies and our team, a real expert who first "tame" complex functionality, and then with drive will teach it to others.

Your main duties will include include:

• Implementation and support of ERP: In-depth study of the functionality of the new system, creation of instructions and methodological materials.
• Conducting digital trainings: Training the team to work with the company ecosystem (Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp, ERP system).
• Format of training: Organization of the process both in the format of online webinars and live offline trainings.
• Continuous improvement: Regular updating of training programs in accordance with software updates and new business needs of the company.

Candidate requirements:

• Teaching and coaching experience: Have professional teaching or business coaching, and also know how to structure material and keep attention groups.
• Methodological skills: Ability to create training programs "from scratch" for a specific business request.
• CRM/ERP experience: Having experience working with complex systems (as a user or administrator).
• Digital literacy: You are a confident user of ClickUp, Slack and Google cloud services.
• Flexibility of thinking: Ability to quickly master complex software and translate it from "technical" language to "human".
• Regional support: Willingness to travel to Ukraine to support our teams on the ground.
