We are actively developing in Ukraine and Europe and are looking for an HR Generalist who will help make our corporate culture even stronger, improve existing HR processes and become a reliable support for the team and business.
Real impact oncorporate culture, HR processes and approaches to working with personnel. Working in a company with a progressive B2B/B2C product, which changes business processes.
Conducting interviews and initial/in-depth evaluation of candidates.
Supporting personnel administration and correctness control HR processes in accordance with the Labor Code and Diya.Siti (recruitment, dismissal, vacations, transfers, sick leave, etc.).
Participation in the formation and maintenance of the company's corporate culture.
Organization of team building, internal initiatives." personnel.
Preparation of HR analytics and reporting (turnover, vacancies, adaptation, training, etc.).
Practical driving experiencefull recruiting cycle (office positions).
Knowledge of the basicspersonnel administration and labor legislation of Ukraine.
Experience in military accounting at the enterprise will be an advantage.
Experience in organizing processes of adaptation, training and evaluation of personnel.
Skills for interviewing and evaluating candidates and employees.
BAF, PeopleForce skills will be an advantage.
Experience of interaction with department heads and external partners.
Ability to work with HR analytics and prepare basic reporting.
Developed communication skills, ability to build partnership relationships.
Organization, responsibility, independence in work.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Sufficient command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
