Training manager in EKO-Market

We are ECO Market< span style="font-weight: 400"> is a national chain of supermarkets that has been operating in Ukraine stable since 2002. Our network includes over 80 stores and 3000 employees throughout Ukraine. Stores are located in 18 cities of the country. Our network includes food and non-food essentials, and we also have our own production - cooking and baking! Some stores even have confectionery shops! Our suppliers are leading manufacturers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

We are currently looking for a qualified specialist for the position of Training Manager. In this role, you will be involved in staff training and working with the Koloris distance learning system

Responsibilities:

• Development of distance learning courses;
• Administration of LMS functions and the structure of the corporate learning portal;
• Participation in the development and optimization of the distance learning portal training;
• User support;

Our wishes to the candidate:

• Experience in launching and administering a distance learning system (knowledge of WebTutor will be an advantage);
• Ability to explain complex things in simple words;
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, focus on results.< /li>
