Junior IT-Recruiter (remote) in IT Recruitment Solutions (ITRS.ua) ®

REQUIREMENTS:

• Skills / knowledge in the sphere of personnel’s search, knowledge of its methods;
• Experience of resume’s analysis on the subject of compliance of the candidate with the necessary requirements;
• English language knowledge (at least Upper-Intermediate, higher level is an advantage);
• University degree (finished / final year);
• Personal qualities: attention to the details, social skills, responsibility, erudition;
• Desire to develop professionally in the areas of recruitment and IT, readiness to acquire new knowledge, master and analyse large amount of information, technical definitions and terms.
