Your front line of work:

• Administration of trainee training procedure
• Analysis of training programs
• Development of calendar and thematic training plans
• Support, organization and assistance in conducting internal training
• Working with the training platformMoodle
• Working with the Articulate platform
• Performance evaluation training conducted
• Methodical content of educational programs
• Visualization of educational material (Canva, etc.)
• Formation of groups of training participants

Basic requirements for candidates with experience:

• Higher education + school of trainers (as training will be an advantage)
• Experience as a specialist in personnel training
• Experience in developing training methodologies
• Experience in developing and implementing a training system
• Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, etc.
