We are currently looking experienced and ambitious editor-in-chief who is ready to be part of our team!

If You:

  • have experience of 3 years the position of editor-in-chief, editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief in personnel publications. 

  • you know the standard;

  • feel and understand what the audience of HR professionals is interested in;

  • fluent in the Ukrainian language both orally and in writing.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Organization of the content creation process:planning and coordination of webinars, courses. Includes definition of topics, lecturers, coordinating launch/recording dates, organizing broadcasts, setting deadlines for sending programs and presentations, preparing programs or content recommendations for lecturers, writing descriptions for each content unit.

  • Communication with lecturers:ensuring effective interaction with lecturers at all stages of content creation.

  • Maintenance of the YouTube channel "Kadroland": development of thematic headings, organization of recording of relevant videos.

  • Brochure design: identification of topics, order coordination, communication with performers, review of finished materials.

  • Market monitoring: constant tracking of personnel news and competitor actions.

  • Editorial work: if necessary, proofreading presentations, preparing and editing brochures.

* Preferably: participation in course recordings and videos, as well as conducting webinars as a lecturer.
