Job tasks:

• Development and implementation of online and offline training for employees (sales, customer service, management skills, etc.).
• Adaptation of training programs to the needs of different categories of employees: offline stores, contact center, management office.
• Analysis of training effectiveness and development of measures to improve results.
• Cooperation with department heads to identify training needs.
• Preparation of training materials (presentations, methodological manuals, video lessons).

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience as a business coach for 2 years or more.
• Practical experience in development educational programs.
• Proficiency in teaching methods for adults.
• Confident skills in working with presentation programs (PowerPoint, Canva, Miro, etc.).
• Experience in conducting online training .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
