I'm looking for aSOURCER, DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT RECRUITING, who will take on the operational work of searching for resumes, sending vacancies to the candidate database, sending offers to clients, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and TG channels.

What YOU will get:

1. Guaranteed ratefor the first 2 months: 11,000 UAH, for 3 and 4 — 12,500 UAH,from the 5th month - UAH 15,000;
2. We take a person with no experience and teach everything, in 3 months you will be able to do more than 60% of recruiters on the market;
3. Graphic work: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., no alterations,you have a fixed schedule;
4. You can be anywhere in Ukraine - my entire team worksREMOTE;
5. All our recruiters came to the position of sourcer as soon as a vacancy opens - we will consider you and you can earn UAH 30,000+;
6. We only work with highly qualified vacancies from the fields of: sales, marketing, middle and C-level positions. You will help manage completely different vacancies, including SEO and COO;
7. You do not communicate with clients, do not deal with briefs and do not write vacancies, this is what PM does;
8. The average age of the team is 23, we are very valuable, we have a cool team atmosphere;
9. We are proactive, if you have ideas to improve recruiting processes - great, let's use them;
10. We have a developed orientation for new employees, from the first days You will 100% have all the tools to close vacancies;
11. Since 2023, we have transferred UAH 107,500 in donations. at ZSU and further this amount will only increase;
12. The average budget for vacancies within the framework of a month is UAH 80,000+, we have our own a network of Telegram channels with 92,000+ subscribers, a developed LinkedIn and a VERY strong base of candidates throughout Ukraine (3,200+ people).

Your tasks:

1. Dispatching vacancies to potential candidates who posted resumes on the site;
2. Searching for candidates in alternative resources for closing vacancies ( TG, FB, Inst), placement of vacancies on alternative resources;
3. Distribution of information to new and existingcustomers of the company;
4. Assistance in the preparation of job briefs, the text of job vacancies and initial processing of feedback.
