We invite a Training and personnel development specialist to join the team.

The main purpose of the position:

• Training and development of administrators of institutions in the areas of: adaptation of employees, service standards, personnel management reserve.

Position philosophy:

• To be an impartial mediator between the theoretical part of projects and their practical implementation in the fields.

Your functionality:

• Field work on checklists in institutions of Kyiv and the region;
• Conducting off/online master classes;
• Work in LMS (we teach);
• Preparation of educational materials.

Mainresponsibilities:

• Minimum experience in sales training (any product);
• Successful experience of initiation and implementation innovations, quick adaptation to changes;
• Readiness to move around the city and region 1 - 3 objects per day;
• Ability to follow business interests and HR policies for personnel training and development ;
• Well-developed communication and feedback skills;
• Business orientation, ability to inspire.
