Our team is looking for an HR manager who will pick up our pace and be an auxiliary engine for the development of employees and the Company.
What challenges will face the HR specialist:
- close vacant positions, find the same "our" candidates;
- administer and improve the Grades system in the sales department. In the future, take part in the KPI implementation project for the office;
- support current additional motivational activities for the sales department and initiate new ones;
- maintain the microclimate in the team (team building, organization of holidays/events, conflict-management, etc.);
- some operational processes (personnel changes, conditions for accruals, employment office, training of employees in English schools, etc.);
- initiate own projects aimed at for the development of employees, conditions, the Company.
- connect to the issues of the sales department "in the fields" - encourage teams to develop, unite and create the necessary conditions for their effective work.
What is important to us:
- first of all, your personal qualities will be important to us. We are looking for drive, proactivity, the desire to get involved, immerse and learn;
- communicativeness is about useful, in its own way, flexibility in communication and the ability to find an approach to everyone;
- experience and achievements in relevant position from 2 years;
- basic mastery of Excel;
- ability to take responsibility for oneself (both for oneself and for others);
- opportunity periodically go on business trips to the sales department "in the field" to keep a finger on the pulse of how they are doing).
