Future tasks:

• Coordination and logistics of educational and educational programs/projects, namely:

– Technical and organizational support of events
– Writing and visual design of information materials, articles, publications, etc. in various channels (internal intrasite, social networks, internal chats/messengers, mail, etc.) />– Effective communication with participants, external and internal experts, leaders and sponsors
– Collecting and processing feedback, analyzing and visualizing data, forming proposals for improving the content and organization of the program/project
– Involvement in the creation of program/project content
– Participation in the preparation of reports and documentation
– Conducting/moderation of events within the program/project (independently or in partnership)

• Development and implementation of simple "turnkey" training and staff development programs/projects

- Formation and agreement of the concept, goals, content and performance metrics
- Implementation, coordination and logistics of the program/project
- Continuous development of the program/project

• Conducting educational activities in the form of trainings, workshops and other forms of education for skill development

• Full higher education
• from 1 year of experience in the organization or coordination of educational projects;< /li>
• strong communication skills (both oral and written);
• ability to independently organize and prioritize work tasks;
• strengths – initiative, strategic and analytical thinking, creativity.
