Chistenko is a chain of cleaning and care stores that has 113 stores in 5 regions of Ukraine: Zhytomyr, Lviv, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk and Uzhgorod.

In 2019 the Zhytomyr chain changes its name and becomes part of the BERTA group company, starting to work under the new Chistenko brand.

Our task is to help you do everything: keep your home clean and comfortable, take care of yourself and your family, care and comfort of loved ones.

What will need to be done:

• Training of sales consultants at the workplace (service standards, sales, product). 
• Adaptation of new employees in stores. 
• Conducting mini-trainings and practical training at retail outlets. 
• Control of the application of standards in the work of personnel. 
• Providing feedback to employees and store managers. 
style="font-weight: 700">Experience in retail / staff training / sales (preferred). Ability to teach, explain and motivate. 
• Communication, responsibility, organization. 
• Readiness for business trips to chain stores.
