Your key tasks:

  • Strategic management: Organization and control of the full cycle of recruiting in the company.
  • Staffing: Ensuring up to 100% staffing of all points of the network.
  • L&D for the team: Management a team of 7 recruiters: setting KPIs, monitoring the execution of plans, training and developing subordinates.
  • Automation: Implementation and configuration of modern ATS-systems and tools for speeding up hiring.
  • Analytics: Monitoring of the labor market, analysis of the cost and effectiveness of candidate attraction channels.
  • Employer brand: Participation in the development of the company's HR brand to attract the best specialists.

We expect from you:

  • Experience in the position of Head of Recruitment or Senior Recruiter (with management experience) from 2-3 years.
  • Successful experience of hiring a large number of personnel (mass recruitment) for extensive networks.
  • Understanding recruiting metrics (Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Retention rate, etc.).
