Your key tasks:
- Strategic management: Organization and control of the full cycle of recruiting in the company.
- Staffing: Ensuring up to 100% staffing of all points of the network.
- L&D for the team: Management a team of 7 recruiters: setting KPIs, monitoring the execution of plans, training and developing subordinates.
- Automation: Implementation and configuration of modern ATS-systems and tools for speeding up hiring.
- Analytics: Monitoring of the labor market, analysis of the cost and effectiveness of candidate attraction channels.
- Employer brand: Participation in the development of the company's HR brand to attract the best specialists.
We expect from you:
- Experience in the position of Head of Recruitment or Senior Recruiter (with management experience) from 2-3 years.
- Successful experience of hiring a large number of personnel (mass recruitment) for extensive networks.
- Understanding recruiting metrics (Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Retention rate, etc.).
- High level of empathy, leadership qualities and results orientation.
