Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.

Duties:

- creation of a two-day training program on the provision of the social service Positive parenting with the use of various methods and techniques, to prepare visual methodological materials using project presentation forms for work;

- preparation and implementation in the communities of the Volyn region. (Holobska, Kamin-Kashirska, Lokachynska, Manevytska, Olytska, Pidgaitsivska, Rozhishchenska, Poromivska, Turiyska and Ustiluzka) two-day training on the provision of the social service Positive parenting, aimed at improving the qualifications of social workers, psychologists, consultants, teachers and other professionals who work with parents and families and providing professionals with knowledge, skills and practical tools for effective support of parents in raising children, in particular, the application of the principles of positive parenting; 

Main training tasks:

-familiarity with the basic principles of positive parenting: unconditional love, respect, support, empathy, establishing healthy boundaries, learning the differences between traditional and positive approaches to upbringing, understanding the importance of the emotional connection between parents and children as the basis for successful upbringing;

-development of skills to support parents in the application of positive discipline by teaching methods of establishing age limits and rules without the use of punishments, use of positive reinforcement (encouragement of good deeds) to support desired behavior, development of skills of counseling parents in matters preventing conflicts and solving children's behavior problems with the help of dialogues, explanations and mutual respect;

-teaching effective communication with parents and children through the development of active listening skills and interaction with children and parents, counseling parents on expressing emotions and feelings: how important it is to maintain an open dialogue and understand the needs of each family member, teaching techniques "I-messages" to express one's own feelings and needs without accusations,

-training of specialists to work with children's special needs (physical, psychological, social) through familiarization with approaches to raising children with special needsurgent needs: how to adapt the methods of positive parenting for children with disabilities or psycho-emotional disorders, supporting parents in understanding the specifics of the development of children with various needs and providing them with effective assistance, training in inclusive education techniques and supporting children in conditions of various difficulties;

< p>-training on methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the positive parenting service provided: how to measure changes in children's behavior and parents' satisfaction;

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">- upon completion of the events, reporting to the Organizer (event program, lists of participants, presentations, photos, etc.);

Requirements:

- higher education in the relevant field

- at least 5 years of coaching experience ;

5-10 years of experience in the field of social services;

have a positive experienceconducting events for social service providers from 3 to 5 years, including online;

- experience in the development of trainings for the provision of the social service "Positive parenting;

- a high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of children's rights, creation and provision of social services;

- excellent presentation/teaching/documentation skills.
