Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.
Duties:
- creation of a two-day regional training program on social support of families/persons in difficult life circumstances using various methods and techniques, preparation of visual methodical materials using project presentation forms for work;- preparation and conducting of regional training for specialists in social work of communities of the Volyn region in order to increase professional competence regarding the provision of social protection and support of vulnerable categories of the population with the aim of preventing and minimizing negative consequences and overcoming difficult life circumstances, strengthening clients' ability to realize their own life potential;
Main training tasks:
-familiarization of participants with the basic principles of social support for families and individuals in crisis situations.
-development of crisis counseling skills and provision of psychological first aid.
-familiarization with methods of assessing the needs of people in difficult life circumstances.
- formation of participants' knowledge about interaction with other specialists (psychologists, lawyers, medical workers) for comprehensive assistance.
-practical application of acquired knowledge through role-playing games and exercises;
- upon completion of the regional training, reporting to the Organizer (event program, list of participants, presentation, photo, etc.).
Requirements:
- higher education in the relevant field of study
- at least 5 years of coaching experience;
- general experience in the field of social services and social work of 5-10 years;
- mayou have positive experienceholding events for social service providers from 3 to 5 years, incl. online;
- experience in the development of trainings for the provision of social services social support of families/persons in difficult life circumstances;
- a high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of children's rights, creating and providing social services;
- excellent presentation/teaching/drafting skills documentation.
