GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

We are looking for a trainer in art therapy and creativity classes, who will conduct master classes and group classes using art therapy and handicraft elements for women, girls and other vulnerable population groups. If you are creative, empathetic, have experience working with people and want to join a socially important cause - we will be happy to cooperate.

Main tasks:

  • Planning, organizing and conducting art therapy classes and creative workshops in designated locations or as part of mobile teams;
  • Preparation of class programs, materials and necessary equipment taking into account the needs of target groups;
  • Creating a safe, supportive and friendly space for participants during classes;

  • Motivation and support of women and girls in the process of participation in educational and creative activities;

  • Adaptation of methods and forms of work in accordance with the age, context and emotional state of participants;

  • Using basic tools for evaluating the effectiveness of classes and their impact on participants;

  • Keeping simple reports and documentation on the results of the activities.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher or unfinished higher education in the field of psychology, pedagogy, social work, art therapy or related areas (we also consider senior students);
  • Practical experience of conducting creative, educational or art therapy classes (individual or group);
  • Experience of working in public, charitable or humanitarian organizations will be an advantage;
  • Understanding the principles of ethical and safe work with vulnerable population groups;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Adherence to humanitarian principles: humanity, impartiality, neutrality and respect;
  • Developed communication skills and empathy;

  • Responsibility, organization and attention to needs participants;

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and create an atmosphere of trust.
