Manufacturing enterprise in the field of woodworking (veneer, lamellas) - is looking for a Production Manager who can build, organize stable work of the workshop, develop processes and manage team.

Main duties:

• Organization and control of the production process

• Production planning and execution of production plans

• Management of production personnel (masters, operators, workers)

• Control of product quality at all stages

• Control of compliance with technological processes

• Ensuring effective use of equipment and materials

• Interaction with purchasing, sales, accounting departments

• Control of production costs, minimization of defects

• Observance of occupational health and safety standards and safety techniques
