Trainee of the IT department in Grupa Porshe v Ukrayini

We invite you to join our team of professionals for a paid internship in the IT department (up to 3 months, with a possible extension for another 3 months).

Format jobs:

• Duration: 3 months (possible extension).
• Schedule: flexible, compatible with studies.
• Location: Kyiv, Pavla Tychyny 1B.

Main duties:

1. Participation in the preparation and consolidation of information about the operation of systems and their integration, updating the database knowledge, technical documentation and writing instructions for users.
2. Basic support for users in processes: checking logs, statuses of servers or services, fixing any problems and transferring them to responsible specialists.
3. Participation in process automation by describing work processes, creating flowcharts, building architectural diagrams, documenting cases, business rules and exceptions.
4. Participation in implementation, checking and entering data into the IT Asset Management system.
5. Participation in internal IT projects, including data preparation, simple research and gathering requirements from users.
6. Creating and adjusting macros in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

1. Fundamental understanding of IT?systems and infrastructure (servers, networks, integration) and a willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
2. Ability to work with data, identify inconsistencies and accurately document results.
3. Excellent skills in preparing clear technical documentation, instructions and structured reports.
4. Practical interest in AI tools and modern IT?technologies and their application in operational processes.
5. Good analytical and problem?oriented skills, including the ability to investigate issues and summarize information.
6. Strong organizational and time?management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. B2 or higher English skills for communication and documentation in an international environment.
9. Basic knowledge of VBA to create and adjust macros in Excel and other Microsoft tools Office.
