CRM / Email-marketer in TAMGA

We are looking for a qualified CRM / Email marketer who will be responsible for the development of communications with clients via email, push, messengers and other channels.

Requirements for the candidate:

• knowledge of the Polish language at the level of at least B2 (mandatory);
• experience of working as a CRM/email marketer for at least 3 years;
• experience of writing sales texts in Polish language;
• experience working with mailing services esputnik/stripo/sendpulse/sendinblue/unisender and others;
• ability to independently create advertising content;
• ability to work with segmentations, trigger mailings.

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of CRM strategy for different audience segments.
• Communications with clients by Email, Sms and mobile push;
• Preparation of content plan;
• Setting up chains of automated trigger mailings;
• Segmentation client base;
• Generation and testing of hypotheses to increase conversion;
• Control and improvement of domain reputation
• Reporting on the effectiveness of mailings.
