My name is Anastasia, I am the HR of the young Ukrainian IT company Grandia Solutions (herehereyou can read about us)

We are currently looking for a Trainee Jira Administrator to help our service team improve processes and increase productivity using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket. 

This is a great opportunity for students and budding professionals who want to develop in the field of IT. The program provides a paid internship lasting up to three months. After its successful completion, you will be able to receive the Jira Administrator for Cloud certificate, and we will be happy to invite you to our team for the position of Jira Administrator.

What else can we provide? Comprehensive support and training materials for mastering Jira and other Atlassian tools, which will help you work effectively on client projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Internship stage (up to 3 months):

• Study: Mastering the main program with the support of a mentor (we provide all the necessary materials and resources).
• Practice: Completion of homework and practical of cases.
• Knowledge control: Participation in regular reviews, tests and open discussions with a mentor.
• Certification: Preparation and passing the exam for the status of Jira Administrator for Cloud.
  
  Premature completion of the internship is possible if the program is completed quickly.
  
  2. Working as a Jira Administrator:
• Consulting: Analysis of client needs and offering optimal implementation options.
• Configuration: Technical implementation of changes in the Jira environment.
• Testing and support: Client support during solution testing, final revisions and communication of results.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Basic understanding of management methodologies and principles projects (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• English language level — Intermediate (B1) and higher (for working with documentation and interfaces).
• Proactivity and drive: we are looking for people who want to grow in the technical field and are not afraid of new challenges.
• Self-learning skills: the ability to quickly learn new information independently.

Would be a significant advantage:

• Work experience or familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Format of cooperation:

• Full time (Monday-Friday between 8:00 and 20:00)
