HR intern

Do you want to become a professional in the field of HR, but you have no experience? Come to us for an internship, we will teach you everything!

During 9 months, you will be able to gain real experience and master the skills necessary for a HR specialist.

• Organize internal and external events
• Create and improve the employee experience in the company
• Conduct surveys, analyze results and form recommendations
• Build a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and create a safe space in the company

Respond if you are:

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Intermediate level
• Have excellent communication skills
• Confident in using MS Office and Canva
• Able to plan and prioritize
• Independent, responsible and proactive
• You have developed analytical skills

Selection stages:

Communication with a talent search specialist > Predictive Index Test testing > Online meeting with a line manager > Offer to participate in the program.
