How we see our candidate:

• Speaks English at an Intermediate (B1) level or above.
• Has competent communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
• Ambitious and results-oriented.
• Able to set priorities and allocate his time effectively.
• Willing to develop in the field of logistics and learn new things.

What you will be engaged in:

• Closing deals with clients on the US market (the field of transport logistics).
• Closing deals with drivers over the phone (negotiation of rates, terms of transportation, details of cooperation).
• Communicating with drivers, brokers and clients in English (oral and in writing).
• Coordination of transportation and escort of goods at all stages of transportation.
• Maintaining contact with drivers on the route and operational interaction with clients.
• Ensuring effective communication between all participants in the logistics process (clients, brokers, drivers).
• Conducting market research of transport services (rates, competitors, trends).
• Driver movement reporting and input into CRM / internal system.
• Work closely with team to achieve financial and operational metrics.

Mode work:usual work week from Monday to Friday - Saturday and Sunday off.

Working hours:we work according to the American format from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

*During the period of martial law, working hours in the office are until 9:00 p.m., the rest of the time - work remotely from home. You can also choose 1 day a week for a completely remote format.
