We are currently recruiting for an internship in the HR department. This is a good chance for those who want to understand how the inner workings of a structured company with clearly structured processes function.

We offer:

• Paid internship with a monthly salary of 30,000–45,000 UAH.

• Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.

• Support of mentors at all stages — from getting to know the team to full adaptation.

• Practice in recruiting, business communication and working with documents.

• Participation in internal projects and meetings of the HR department.

Your main tasks:

• Maintaining and updating the candidate database and internal tables.

• Assisting in organizing interviews and communicating with candidates.

• Preparing reports and participating in the monitoring of recruitment results.

• Administrative support for HR processes and assisting the manager in operational tasks.

We are looking for a person, who:

Carefully works with data, quickly understands new tools and feels confident working with PCs and spreadsheets. No experience necessary - we'll provide training and support.
