Customer Success Specialist (Morning Schedule) in Upstars

And yes, supporting the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, that is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide services in the field of gambling.

In 2025, we actively we scale both projects and dream teams. Therefore, to strengthen the VIP Service, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist.

Your future tasks:

• providing quality support to the bronze VIP segment;
• working with tasks from the retention team;
• promoting among users activities such as tournaments, lotteries, quests and adventures;
• conducting interviews with users of the bronze segment, receiving feedback on experience and preferences;
• increasing customer satisfaction by providing high-quality personalized assistance;
• converting bronze users into VIP customers of higher segments;
• work with customer objections;
• assist in the verification process as needed;
• achieve KPI goals;
• maintain and improve knowledge of existing and new products;
• ability to work according to the schedule 06:30 - 15:30 Kyiv (stable schedule from Monday to Friday).

Your skills:

• fluency in spoken and written English;
• ability to communicate in letters and by phone;
• excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with customer objections;
• ability to interest the client in additional services, interestingly emphasize the positive aspects of the product;
• empathy and stress resistance in complex cases;
• willingness to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
• ability to allocate working time and stick to established deadlines execution.

Desirable, but not critical:

• iGaming experience in any capacity.
