Future tasks:

• Advises, accepts, registers, accompanies and controls user appeals regarding problems of ABS Bank, electronic banking systems.
• Accompanies incidents in the work of ABS Bank, electronic banking systems. Provides information to users about new and existing information services.
• Provides documentation at the request of users.
• Forms and submits reports in a timely manner in the established order.
