  • Construction and analysis of attraction and conversion funnels (lead > candidate > result).

  • Calculation unit economics:

    • cost of lead (CPL),

    • cost of qualified candidate,

    • cost of result / contract,

    • channel performance analysis.

  • Financial planning and modeling:

    • budgets projects,

    • scaling scenarios,

    • cost and revenue forecast.

  • Analysis of marketing traffic and its economic feasibility.

  • Research of international labor markets (regions, countries, operational and regulatory constraints).

  • Preparation of analytical materials for management decisions: tables, graphs, short notes.

  • Participation in the formation of technical tasks, KPIs and payment models for contractors.

Our expectations:

  • Experience as a business analyst / financial and economic analyst / project analyst from 2 years.

  • Ability to work with processes and numbers at the same time.

  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, scenarios).

  • Understanding:

    • financial planning and budgeting;

    • tax logic (including VAT);

    • marketing metrics and conversions.

  • Analytical thinking, structure, attention to details.

  • Ability to explain numbers and models in understandable language.

  • Experience with international projects or multinational markets will be an advantage.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in recruiting, logistics or consulting projects.

  • Understanding international visa and migration processes.

  • Skills in preparing management materials in a “short and to the point” format.
