We are currently looking for Traffic Manager who shares our corporate values ​​wants to grow rapidly in our team.

Traffic managerwill deal with the following tasks:

• Working with contractors (setting goals, monitoring the performance of assigned tasks and conducting analysis of results with subsequent adjustment of actions), namely:

• getting traffic from search engines (SEO); 

• attracting traffic from paid advertising (CPC, media buying);

• attracting traffic from the e-mail channel; 

• get paid traffic from social media;

• Planning the strategy of launching advertising campaigns, developing the mechanics of interaction with the user, calculating budgets;

• By developing your own partner network or working with third-party networks (affiliate);

• Working on the development of our own referral program (referral).

The filter for this position will be:

• Analytical mindset, knowledge of metrics and web analytics (ROI); 

• Deep knowledge of advertising platforms such asGoogle AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, etc.; 

• Orientation in different advertising formats; 

• Ability to conduct A/B testing of campaigns, as well as test sites and choose the best; 

• SEO optimization (it is necessary to understand the basis of how the promotion of web resources on the Internet works); 

• Media Buying (experience in purchasing media space for advertising from bloggers, influencers, on radio, TV, news channels );
