The main goal of the position: 

Ensuring an increase in the market share of the B2B segment, increasing the company's income through effective customer service, development and retention corporate segment. Providing a high level of service to corporate clients in order to retain and increase their loyalty.

Main duties:·     

Management relations with clients of the Business division of the corporate market;

  • Sets requirements and defines standards of service for B2B business clients;
  • Ensures high-quality service, development and retention of B2B business clients;
  • Leads personal control over the level of service with the TOP 100 B2B business clients, participates in negotiations and maintains relations with the management of these enterprises.     

Management of customer service processes of the Business Division of the corporate market< /u>

  • Analyzes the level of customer service by service channels;
  • Controls the effectiveness of existing channels service.

Management of key performance indicators of the division

  • Ensures the development and controls the implementation of an action plan aimed at achieving key performance indicators division
  • Responsible for managing operational efficiency and achieving division goals,

  Management of the unit and its development

  • Ensures the effective work of the subordinate of the unit
  • Ensures control of the development of unit employees, development of direct subordinates, their coaching and maintenance of a healthy microclimate in the department
  • Identifies the strengths and weaknesses of employees, initiates and monitors measures for their improvement and development. 

 Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of B2B service. Experience in project and process management. Management experience of large units; 
  • Knowledge of the B2B telecommunications market, understanding of the specifics and features of B2B business customer service processes (in particular, marketing and sales processes);
  • Project and process management skills; negotiation skills. Analytical skills. Unit management skills. MS Office
  • Openness to new approaches and innovations in service delivery
  • English – Upper Intermediate
