  • hold regular meetings with the managers of the manufacturer's companies to analyze the achievement of joint agreements and determine the next steps with the help of agreed projects, action plans based on priorities
  • together with the manufacturer/team, regularly monitor the dynamics of key indicators by category/brand, availability of a regularly updated scorecard (dashboard) of key KPIs
  • take part in the development of the most effective promotional strategies for the sales channel: budgeting, forecasting of promotional volumes in the annual/quarterly/monthly cycle
  • develop and implement the calculation of trade marketing activities
  • control the budget within the sales channel
  • effectively manage funds at the category/brand level: regularly update fund adequacy, initiate fund increases, apply cost optimization methods and increase the efficiency of fund use
  • to analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities

  • confident user of PC, MS Office, especially Excel - at a perfect level (compose formulas, build summary tables)
