PPC (Middle) in Kyiv School of Economics

We are looking for a PPC specialist to join a team that creates thoughtful, result-oriented advertising campaigns. If you already work with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (and have interesting cases behind you), understand the logic of funnels and know how to calculate efficiency, this job is for you.

What you will do:

• Launch, conduct and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (other channels as needed);

• Work with UTM tags, conversions, advertising hypotheses and targeting;

• Prepare advertising creatives together with the designer or provide TK;

• Analyze campaign results and generate reports;

• Configure conversions via GTM and Facebook Pixel;

• Analyze CRO;

• Propose ideas to improve the conversion funnel and attract leads.

What is important to us:

• Experience of working with paid advertising from 2 years;

• Practice with different types of campaigns (search, remarketing, Performance Max, video, lead gen);

• Ability to work with analytics (GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Clarity);

• Independence, responsibility and result orientation;

• Experience with B2B or educational projects will be a plus.
